What the nursery has said

In the team’s own words: a member of the support team may plan a structured activity, but every child has their own pace, interests, sensory needs and way of learning — and sometimes unstructured play is where meaningful learning begins. The department’s focus is understanding the child first, then supporting their individual developmental and educational needs through child-centred activities.

How support is arranged — who provides it, whether it happens within the group or separately, and how progress is shared with you — is discussed with each family individually, because it depends on the child.

How to talk to us

You do not need to describe your child’s needs in a first message. Tell us you would like a private conversation and a member of the support team will contact you directly, by phone or WhatsApp, at a time that suits you.

Please do not send medical reports or ID documents through this website. If they are needed later, the nursery will tell you how to share them safely.
